MOO IS BORN FROM AN ARGENTINIAN UNMISTAKABLE PASSION FOR THE FOLKLORE OF FRIENDSHIP.
Nothing beats the magnetic ritual of gathering friends around the fire to experience it the way we do, over the soundtrack of loud laughter, glasses clinking and embers burning. For generations, it has served as the backdrop for the fondest memories.
We take pride in our ‘quincho’ culture – that space in our homes that nests the charcoal grill and where we receive friends and family to enjoy dinners and share a Malbec or two.
It is our ambition to honour that nature at Moo, making our guests feel they are hanging out in our backyard, immersed in that friendly vibe that is so embedded in our DNA, and enjoying authentic Argentinian cuisine, crafted from simple but high quality ingredients /and some of our mum’s recipes).
